Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items are returnable within 14 days. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once we receive your return.

30-day return window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return most products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them. Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

Defective items

If an item arrives defective, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Contact us as soon as you notice the issue and we will help you resolve it.

Think an item is defective? Reach out right away – a pool pro can often diagnose the problem and get a replacement moving fast.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when a return is the result of our error – for example, if we sent the wrong item or the item was defective. In those cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Damage in transit & risk of loss

Risk of loss transfers to you when the item is handed off to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please file a damage claim directly with the carrier.

Keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage – they help support your claim. If you need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

How to start a return

To begin a return, contact our team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
