Use of the site

By accessing or using the DC Pool Supply website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders, payments & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order has been placed.

We strive to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Listed prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Any applicable tax and shipping charges are calculated and added at checkout.

Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping on all items. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur for reasons outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for more detail.

Returns & refunds

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items may be returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, and refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once we receive your return.

Intellectual property

All content on this site – including text, graphics, logos, images and software – is the property of DC Pool Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law.

Miscellaneous
